Moyes meetings and transfer budget.

According to various sources David Moyes held high level meetings with MUFC scouting team and directors over the weekend, it’s understood the club have give him around 49m to spend and that doesn’t include any outgoing transfers. The new manager wants all transfers completed early in the transfer window so he can focus on his new team, with the money the club will receive in outgoing transfers then Moyes will have around 70m to spend on new playing staff.
